This Privacy Policy explains how Refund-24 ("we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use refund-24.com. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

2. Data we collect

Form data: first name, last name, email address, phone number and the message you send us.

Technical data: IP address, browser type (user agent), and advertising cookie identifiers (Meta Pixel: _fbp, _fbc).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Processing your inquiry and contacting you to provide the fund-recovery service — legal basis: steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Measuring advertising effectiveness via Meta Pixel and Conversions API — legal basis: your consent or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients and third-party processing

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — cookies and conversion events (Pixel + Conversions API). Personal data (email, phone, name) is hashed (SHA-256) before transmission.

Supabase (database) — storage of form data for processing your inquiry.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to process your inquiry and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–22 GDPR).

You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
